Kindergarten

The Oneida kindergarten educates children in five self-contained classrooms. These classrooms utilize a variety of teaching stategies. These include, hands-on activities, phonics and whole language instruction, manipulatives, and both small and large group instruction. These strategies, along with the core curriculum and teacher enthusiasm, make Kindergarten an exciting place to be. Students utilize technology through the IBM Write-to-Read computer lab, laser-disc programs and various other applications.
