A Madlib is a word game. Fill in the blanks with the type of word
that will correctly complete the sentence.
It will make a short story which uses the words you filled into
the blanks.
The different types of words are as follows:
Noun: A noun is a person, place or thing. Book, street, friend,
tree, river, father, and frog are all
nouns.
Adjective: An adjective is used to describe a noun. Yellow, nice,
cold, high, and bold are all adjectives.
Verb: A verb expresses action. Run, talk, sit, yell, look, hear,
and read are all verbs.
Adverb: An adverb can describe a verb, adjective, or another
adverb, and it usually ends with the
letters "ly". Slowly, quickly, hotly, evenly, and
properly are all adverbs.
