FROM THE HARRIS MIDDLE SCHOOL FACULTY AND STUDENTS
Please check out the local web links that have been created by some sixth grade students.  This was their first attempt at a web page. 

Groups of three to four students were assigned an on-line mentor to help with the project. 

The mentors are very special Hewlett Packard employees.

We want to thank these wonderful people for making this project a success!

We couldn't have done it without them!

            The web pages followed a 4-6 week unit of study on propaganda techniques. Click here to view the

Each group of students illustrated one of the techniques

by creating their own advertisement for an actual business or product.

A big thanks to all the businesses that gave students permission to use theirs.
