FROM THE LIBRARY--AR books have been purchased: in honor of Emily Holder's 10th birthday on December 20, 2001 by her parents, Dr. and Mrs. Scott Holder, in honor of Eric, Ethan, and Austin Scott by their grandfather, Paul Shasteen, in memory of Mr. David Bean by Mr. and Mrs. Dwight Schultz, and in memory of Ms. Anna Maxwell by Mr. and Mrs. Dwight Schultz. Christopher Mullican, Nicole Stines, Sydney Stovall, Shelby Ruch, and Amanda Bartlett have donated books to our library from their home collections. Thank you very much for all these donations! In the Sunday newspaper, there is a certificate worth 100 Campbells Labels for Education. If you can send those certificates to school, I would greatly appreciate it.
Please send any Campbells labels to the library by your child. Remember that this also includes Swanson, Prego, Pace, Franco-American, Pepperidge Farm, Vlasic, and V8 labels. I would like to thank Mrs. "Sweetie" Anderton (Ms. Andertons mother) for helping trim and sort these labels. She so graciously volunteered to help in this time-consuming effort and I appreciate her kindness!
Boxtops for Education Contest!!!! Please save your boxtops for Education, have your child write his/her name on the back, bring them to the library and place them in a designated box, and we will have a drawing for a free movie rental from Mega Video during the month of March. This gives plenty of time to ask friends and family to save labels for our school. Thank you very much. Ms. Rose
A LOST WATCHA watch has been found. Looks like a new one. It is a small watch-black and brown.
EARLY BUS HALLPlease remember that there is no one on duty until 6:50 to keep your children. If you bring them in before that time, they will be unsupervised. On days that it is not raining, please pull up to the "STOP HERE" sign. That enables more children to unload at the same time.
