Please, list below, in priority order, the equipment you are requesting through this application. It will be most helpful if you provide copie sof catalog pages, etc. to further explain your request and to aid in purchase. Briefly explain any items that might not be easily understood. III. How will this additional equipment be used to enhance education in your classroom. (50 points) Please, provide enough discussion to convince the reader that placement of this equipment is justified. Give detail concerning curriculum enhancement and improved and varied teaching strategies that will help improve academic standings of your students. (One additional page labeled III may be used if necessary.) IV> How will the requested equipment help to make you a more effective and efficient teacher? (30 points) V. Please, list the items of technology you currently use in your classroom, such as computers, printers, overhead projectors, TVs, VCRs, listening centers, GeoSafari, tape recorders, etc. If you list computers, please, indicate the kind such as Apple IIe, Macintosh LCII, Gateway 2000, etc. (10 points) Points will be awarded based upon use of equipment, not the actual equipment found in your classroom. This will demonstrate varied teaching strategies, and indicate commitment to use what is provided.) VI. Privide a discussion of how these items are used and their importance in your classroom.
