Tracy City Elementary School Project T.R.E.C. Project TREC is an interactive project. Four classes at TCE are connected to four classes in Rhea County. These four classes are collaborating on several projects throughout the year. Funded through a Goals 2000 grant, the project allows students to see and talk to the distant class through real time audio and video. Dawn Foutch and Lacey Cowan's kindergarten class at TCE is partnering with Janie Conner's class at Frazier Elementary School in Rhea County. Sherry Guyear's multiage class is working with Debbie Shaver's class at Frazier. Franklin Hill's fifth grade is connected to Sandy Baughman's fifth grade at Frazier. Martha Lowe's gifted and special ed. classes are sharing ideas and projects with Cathy Barger's 7th grade class at Rhea County Elementary School. Basketball Banquet '99
