Governor Scott C. Bone

In Juneau, Governor Scott Bone decided on dog teams to deliver the medicine needed to Nome. Governor Bone ordered additional antitoxin from Seattle. Then he called the Northern Commercial Company, as the largest organization in the Yukon area to arrange for relay teams. Men of the Army Signal Corps, at their scattered telegraph stations also assisted.
