The year 2000 has begun and WMS art studentts are excited about a new semester in art class. Some great works of art are being produced and much more will come.
Sixth graders are creating some very interesting designs using the 5 main types of line incorporating design principles such as pattern, contrast, variey and rhythm.
Seventh graders aree busy reviewing drawing techniques. They will soon be exploring limitless possibilities using line, value, texture and shape.
Eigth graders have been studying value this semester and have done some wondeful value studies. Soon they will be exploring the World of the Renaissance by studying various artists who lived during that time period.
