Westmoreland Middle School seventh-graders are presently involved in an innovative reading program achieved in cooperation with the Westmoreland Public Library and The Westmoreland Journal.

The librarian, Ms. Borders, selects books for students to read and review throughout the year. Student reviews are then published in the Westmoreland Journal.
