A Day in the Life of an Elementary Teacher
This site is a 1 1/4 page essay written by an elementary teacher -- starting as she wakes up in the morning, drives to work, goes through the day, and then ends the day. For any practicing teacher, it is a familiar theme about the joys and frustrations of teaching. First year teachers would really enjoy reading this and knowing that they are not alone in their thoughts. You can also send an e-mail message to this person. The closing graphic is great.
