West Hardin Elementary School is one of ten schools within the Hardin County School System.
West Hardin serves approximately 250 students. The school is located two miles north of
Crump on State Highway 69. The school serves students from the communities of Saltillo,
Morris Chapel, and Crump. Mr. Bryan Black, Principal, leads twenty-three faculty and staff
members. These members include regular classroom teachers, a resource teacher, a Chapter I
teacher, a music teacher, a guidance counselor, an art teacher, and a librarian. The staff consists of a
secreatry, two full-time aides, two custodians, a P. E. Aide, and five cafeteria workers.
