Whites Elementary School is a small K-5 school in beautiful Southeast Hardin County. We are located near historic Shiloh National Park, Pickwick State Park and the Tennessee River. Whites serves approximately 120 students with six self-contained classrooms. Programs offered are Title 1, Resource, Speech, Gifted, and Guidance. We also have a 4th grade 21st century classroom. Whites' principal is Mrs. Margaret Jerrolds. Our school survived a flood in the Spring of '91. The cafeteria, library, and office located in the basement was under four feet of water. It ruined basically everything. Parents, teachers, and community members joined together for the massive cleanup and renovation. Our whole library also had to be replaced.
