The administration, faculty, and staff at Dodson Branch Elementary School sustain a belief that education is a continuing process designed to assure that each student becomes a productive citizen, academically, culturally, and emotionally. All students shall have an equal opportunity to obtain an education that would allow one to better him/herself, the community, and the county. The school's responsibility shall be to facilitate learning in order for students to gather facts and think for themselves to become better community members. The faculty will maintain that each student is unique and strive to accommodate this uniqueness without ignoring the needs and uniqueness of other students.
