Located in rural northwest Tennessee, (Martin, pop.~10,000) Martin Middle School is the largest middle school in Weakley County. The five hundred students attending this school agree that MMS IS A GOOD PLACE TO GO TO SCHOOL!

Martin Middle School offers outstanding activities both academically and through various sports programs. Students are able to participate in the Science Fair, the Geography Bee, the Spelling Bee, the Math Club, the Math Counts competition, Chorus and production of a school newspaper. Sports activities include Cheerleading, Football, Boys Basketball, Girls Basketball and Junior League football and basketball.

MMS is fortunate to have The University of Tennessee at Martin located less that two miles away. This has proven to be a valuable resource for the faculty and students. A special thanks to the Center of Excellence for Mathematics and Science Education (CESME) at UTM for making this webpage possible.
