The Weather Pages
by Ellis 7th Graders
(this was completed May, 1998)

The Seventh grade has been studying weather, in all its glory, for the past several weeks. We collected weather data and e-mailed it to a school in the United Kingdom. We were in the midst of researching severe weather phenomenon when the tornado hit Nashville. All students did a project, and some chose to build weather webpages, which you may view by following the links below.

We couldn't have completed this project without the assistance of several teachers and students from Volunteer State University. They came to Ellis and assisted our students in creating the pages that you may view below. A special thanks to Dr. Charles Lea, Mark Ciampa, Bob Berry and Nathan Hubbard from VSCC and Mr. David King, of Union Planter's Bank.
