I am happy to tell you about our 7th/8th grade school. We are about: Safe and Orderly Environment; Clear Focus on Student Learning; and Treating each other with Respect and Dignity. We have a wide range of academic offerings to include core subjects, enrichment and remediation courses. Class sizes range up to about 30. We have 159 seventh graders and 189 eighth graders. We will field soccer and basketball teams, and sponsor a great variety of clubs and activities.

We will seek continuous improvement toward state and national goals and standards. We encourage appropriate behavior always assuring students that the choices are theirs; our first hope being that they will choose to be a part of the positive team effort. If they cannot or won't, then the consequence is their choice also.

We encourage you to team with us in order to get the best job done to educate our children. It is a tough age for them, but hopefully we can get them through it with good results. If they become responsible, productive adults, then we will have succeeded. Let us know your concerns.
