Gravitropic bending in a wild type (Columbia) Arabidopsis seedling grown in the dark. The seedling was grown on a vertically orientated agar plate. Images were taken every 15 min for 24 hours after the seedling was rotated 90^o from its original orientation. Lighting was provided by an infrared LED.
