Click the link below and save the following Excel file to your Desktop:
Open the file in Excel; just to become familiar with its content:
Close the file and if you wish, exit Excel.
Within JMP, under the File Menu, Select Open.
Navigate to the Desktop (or wherever you saved the Excel file). On a
PC, in the
lower right, use the dropdown arrow to change "All JMP Files"
to "All Files".
Double click the Tire Data in Excel file, and then click the
Import button at the bottom of your screen.
This produces the following JMP data table:
