Workshop on Helios 5 Hydra DualBeam at IAMM

ThermoFisher and UTK present
on October 6th 2022 at IAMM
a workshop on plasma focused ion beam microscopy
to introduce this new capability at UTK.

There will be a live system presentation by Thermo Fisher Scientific Applications Specialist Rick Passey. His experience covers a wide range of microscopes and techniques, from environmental SEMs to the plasma FIB, 3D EDS/EBSD characterization to advanced TEM and APT sample preparation. He will be available demonstrate and discuss PFIB microscopy and applications.
