Although Central Administration fired wholesale the entire academic support group several years ago during their biannual draconian budget impoundment/cost-cutting exercise, CAS has rebounded somewhat with the $100 per semester technology fee. There is now some support for you if you have simple questions, and are very patient. Your first stop should be to look for your answer on the CAS technical support page. Your second stop is to call the CAS support line at 974-9800. Be patient and read a good book while waiting.
If neither of these helps, don't worry. The Tennessee State Legislature has hardly funded cost of living, much less merit raises in 10 years. You can stop doing research using the computer and take up creative writing!
