Junior Computer Science Student at the University of Tennessee
About Me
I was born in Texas, but moved to Colorado at a young age and I now find myself in Tennessee pursuing higher education at the University of Tennessee.
I am a Junior at the University of Tennesse in the department of Engineering in which I am currently studying Computer Science.
I was part of the International Baccalaureate program in high schcool, which challennged me to work better with others and go outside my comfort zone.
The program challenged students to learn outside the classroom, and to not only focus on academics, but also their creativity, athleticism, and service.
As a member of the Proffessional Engineering Fraternity, Theta Tau, I get invaluable connections to other engineers and learn to be a good brother, help my community through service, and how to be a better engineering proffesional.
After my Co-Op with Dominion Energy, which challenged me to work together with a team to complete Engineering projects, I learned to apply what I've learned in the classroom to the real world.
I am always looking to expand my knowledge and challenge myself in order to constantly improve myself as a person.
Statement of Interest
My interests lie in computer programming, I find this subject to be thought provoking and a good challenge.
I hope to find a co-op or internship implementing programming, but more importantly, I want to find one that challenges me.
