Assistant Curator/Print Studio Coordinator
Plains Art Museum
I just received the latest issue of Graphic Impressions and I saw the call for participation in the 4th International Printmaking Conference in Berlin next Fall. I don't have a specific panel in mind but I would love to be a part of this in some capacity. I will be thinking of ideas for panels to submit before February 15, but if anything comes up that I may be a good fit for I would love to be a part of it.
As well as being a practicing artist, I am currently the Assistant Curator/Print Studio Coordinator at the the Plains Art Museum in Fargo, ND. I curate and install exhibitions, including print specific shows, and I run a print residency program, which in its first 5 years, has brought in artist from Japan, Canada, Germany, Belgium, and across the US. If you have a chance you can view my work at:
Aside from all of this, my Mother is originally from Germany and her entire family still lives there. I speak German and have visited the country many times.
Thank you for your time.
