PRODUCT-PUBLISHERS-PROGRAM FAIR

The Knoxville Convention Center provides an excellent venue for the Product-Publisher-Program Fair. The fair is open to participation by a range of vendors related to the field of printmaking. These include press manufacturers, printmaking suppliers, paper dealers, publishers, residencies, cooperative presses and educational institutions.

Registration for Vendors

Registration for Vendors is now closed. We cannot accept any further vendor applications.

REGISTRATION
Vendors do not register through the on-line portal, and instead must complete early registration and send an interactive VENDOR REGISTRATION FORM with payment to the University of Tennessee School of Art (1715 Volunteer Blvd. Knoxville, TN 37996) by January 15, 2015. The vendor rate is $350 for one person and $500 for two persons. Vendors receive one table, with additional tables costing $50/each with a limit of 4 tables total. Tables are 8 feet x 30 inches and will be draped in back cloth. Product vendors needing more than two people to assist with customer relations may designate two additional people as support staff for no additional charge.
Check must be made payable to "The University of Tennessee".

NO LATE REGISTRATION
No registration after January 15th, as we need to provide a floor plan to the fire marshal on January 18th.

SGCI MEMBERSHIP
Vendor Registration fees do not include SGCI Membership. Vendors are strongly encouraged to become members of SGCI and can do so directly through the SGCI website.

Enhancing Attendance

We expect the Product-Publisher-Program Fair will get significant traffic due to its proximity to the other conference activities. The conference host will also foster attendance by:
• Providing coffee/decaf/tea service at the beginning of each morning. Water service will be available throughout the day.
• Three technical demonstrations will be part of the fair on Thursday March 19, including presentations by Bud Shark, Andrew Raftery and Heather Muise.Takach Press is providing a press for the Raftery demo.
• On Thursday during the fair a “Sphere Draw-a-thon” project facilitated by UT Knoxville School of Art faculty Joshua Bienko and Claire Stigliani will take place. This event will be sponsored by Jerry’s Artarama.
• Tennessee artist Carl Gombert, will be working both days of the fair to create a 100 square foot (10 x 10 feet) rubber-stamped monotype. The Japanese Paper Place is sponsoring this event.

Logistics

SET-UP AND BREAK DOWN
Vendor set-up will take place on Wednesday March 18th (9:00am-6:00pm) and the fair will take place Thursday March 19 and Friday March 20, 2015 (8:30am-5:00pm) in the 49,000 square-foot Exhibit Hall B, on level one of the Knoxville Convention Center.Vendors bringing supplies with them can use the convention center loading dock and will have use of two dollies.  Vendors will need to vacate the hall on Friday evening March 20th to facilitate set-up for the Open Portfolio Session on Saturday March 21st The conference will provide evening security.

The shipping rate for freight is $55:00 per 100lbs., $110 minumum. The per package rate is $35.00 for the first box, $10.00 for each additional box, $45.00 minimum. Freight Shipping Contract

ADDITIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES:
The registration and table fees only cover a basic set-up. The Knoxville Convention Center is managed by SMG Corporation.
