- Tuesday, August 15: Cookout, 6 – 9 pm, Food Trucks in Fraternity Park
- Wednesday, August 16: Orientation and Chapter Presentations, 3 – 4 pm or 5 – 6:30 pm, Student Union Auditorium
- Thursday, August 17: Round 1 – Day 1, 1 – 6:50 pm
- Friday, August 18: Round 1 – Day 2, 1 – 6:20 pm
- Saturday, August 19: Round 2 – Day 1, 11 am – 6:50 pm
- Sunday, August 20: Round 3 - Day 2, Noon – 5:45 pm
- Monday, August 21: Round 3, Preference Day, 2:30 – 6:10 pm
- Tuesday, August 22: Bid Day, Distribution 11 am – 4 pm
- Tuesday, August 22: Bid Day Activities, 5 – 11 pm
